For this speed-focused ranking, we applied the same weighted rubric as our standard reviews—Credibility 30%, Cost & Accessibility 20%, Turnaround 20%, Marketing & Digital Value 20%, Reach 10%—but we scored the Turnaround sub-factor strictly on each provider's published determination timeline, from the final deadline to the winner announcement. Platforms with same-day or weeks-long published turnarounds scored higher on that sub-factor than those with months-long or annual cycles, even if the latter have higher overall credibility scores.
